Alas, we have hit #10! It has been 10 whole weeks of writing this newsletter. Weird. It's kinda bizarre that this whole content creation thing has been only like... 6 months?
This week I spent a lot of time on my Discord server! Invites are coming out shortly, mostly in groups. Every invite I send out is currently temporary, so if you're interested in being invited, pay attention to my socials :)
This Week
I posted a new video, shrimp quartet! A long awaited sequel. One day, they will tour the world.

I've been playing lots of Minecraft on stream.
I have became very magical. I now have a spell that let's me teleport home, so I am free to adventure. I am currently working on getting spells that make it so I do not have to scream and cry whenever a necromancer is within 30 blocks of me.
I finally have nigh-infinite storage that's semi-portable. I do not have to have loads of chests scattered throughout my base.
I finished my first short story for my project Postmortem in Nuuspace. I am excited to develop this world further.

My Discord server is released, and invites are rolling out in batches. I do not want to invite too many at a time, otherwise it can be quite overwhelming. Already at 50 members!
There is a custom inbox system for quick support that I spent a lot of time working on.
There is anti-bot measures with a one-week introductory period to ensure you're human and not a troll.
There is a /cat command that gives you a random photo of a cat. Very important.
I post my random dumb thoughts there and plan to do random dumb streams there sometimes.
What's Coming?
This week I am going to take it slow. I've been spending a lot of time just cranking out one video a week, but I want to let this next one come whenever I'd like it to. It won't be long, I just don't like the imminent deadline. I just want a calm week, since I am juggling so many things at once (and keeping adding more like a healthy person).

I have many ideas for a new story for Postmortem in Nuuspace. I'd like to experiment with different types of stories, and different types of storytelling.
Nuuspace may not be told in the form of written stories forever. I'm curious to see where it takes me!

I've felt that my Twitch streams were a bit lacking lately. Not unique enough. I know this isn't completely true, but it's because I have had such big ideas that I haven't executed yet. I'm going to start iterating more on it and see what I can accomplish.

I've been listening to Ghost and Pals again recently. Bit nostalgic for me, as I listened to them quite a lot when I was in middle school and high school.
But their music has been inspiring possibly a new single. Maybe more on this side. Can't entirely confirm this, but it's definitely in the back of my mind (and will not leave).
Gonna keep listening to them until my brain either explodes or gets inspired. Either is suitable.

This week I took a little break from content creation to focus on writing my worldbuilding project and some coding projects. And Minecraft. Lots of Minecraft.

I've been playing lots of Minecraft on stream.
I designed a new house off-stream that I'll be building on stream soon.
I've been playing a hardcore world off-stream that I have managed to get further in than in my main world. Oops.

I've mostly finished writing my first short story in my worldbuilding project.
I will be posting it to my Patreon soon. I plan to release it a few days early for patrons, since that gives me some time to do any last minute edits (I am not a professional writer in any way).
SCATTERBRAINED made the front-page on Newgrounds for a few days.

I've just uploaded a new experimental music video that I am very proud of. It's definitely a change of tone, but I'm glad a lot of people are enjoying it!
Now that I have more free time, I've started getting back into writing stories again. So, keep an eye out for something soon.

Oh, I also made a Newgrounds page! I know I have a seemingly massive Geometry Dash fanbase, so I'll post my music to Newgrounds to make it easier to use my music. As for videos: I only plan to post my bigger videos, like my music videos or more experimental stuff. I likely won't post my small silly ones, but may still post the music.

Next week, I'll be streaming on Twitch on Monday and Wednesday at 5pm EST. This is my established schedule, but I realize I have never mentioned it in my newsletter. Though, sometimes I stream randomly, so make sure to follow me so that you know when I'm live!
Next week will likely not be anything too big in terms of videos! Taking a bit of a break doing other things since SCATTERBRAINED took so much from me.
Something I'm Reading
I'm not much of a reader, but I've recently been reading Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. It's definitely right up my alley with its surrealism, and it's a super fun and silly book.
Every line in this book makes me think "what the fuck am I reading?" and then I of course keep reading. It's just too absurd in all the best ways.
I would love to be able to hone some of this energy into my own works. Not entirely of course—I still like to include serious and dark themes, especially when it comes to my own writing. Speaking of...
Something I'm Writing
I don't want to go into too much detail, because I want it to mostly be a surprise... but I can't hold back my excitement, so I'll give you just a little bit.
I have been developing a world since long before justan oval. Recently, I've been solidifying the worldbuilding, planning out plotlines, and preparing a website as a hub for the many stories I plan to create that take place in this world.
I want the tone of the stories to be a mixture between surreal and serious. Somewhat like the tone of Haruki Murakami's works (which I need to read more of).
Here's a vague explainer:
All laws of the universe have become completely irrelevant. Everything's been rewritten; the Old Universe is dead.
Postmortem souls are brought into their new life. To stay grounded to this world, they must be tethered to the natural entities of it; they must become symbiotic.
Blue Moon is a celestial body that showcases the true lack of understanding the divine creatures that created this world have about what Earth once was. Some say it was their first attempt.
Sprawling over this celestial is a massive mixture of archaic architecture, primarily suburban in nature. Nothing here is human built; all is from the eyes of the divine.
Not many inhabit this world anymore, but those that do have an extraordinary connection with this new reality.
During nighttime, the Cosmic Serpent can be seeing wading through the restraints of the local cosmos, keeping watch on those below him...
How did you like this format?
I've been wanting to change the format up a bit, and will continue experimenting. I also have been thinking about moving the newsletter to its own platform as opposed to being Patreon-exclusive, since I feel like not many people really go to Patreon!
I'd also like to add some more sections, rather than just being an update. Like my reading and writing sections for this issue (next issue will be different).
